Implementation #3 for the EWB-MN water distribution project in Chuchurras, Peru has officially kicked off!! This year the team had to take a different route to the community. After flying into Pucallpa the team drove 7-hours on pavement, dirt roads, barges, and dirt "roads" (that are more bump than road) to Iscozacin. It was incredibly hot and an adventure but the team made it safely. Tonight we had dinner with our local partners (The local NGO, the contractor Benjamin, and a leader in the area Juan) and prepared for tomorrow to start work in the community.
